If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may be entitled to a refund or exchange.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
You must contact us before returning any product to discuss the reason of the return. Items pre-cut to your specific requirements may not be returned.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned items. We will notify you within 24 hours of receiving your item/s on the status of your refund after inspecting the items.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your nominated bank account. You will receive the refund within five working days of confirmation of the refund.
Freight costs will not be refunded on items returned, unless it is agreed by Floorsafe that the items are deemed faulty or Floorsafe have supplied the incorrect items ordered.
You will be responsible for paying for your own freight costs for returning any items.
If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the goods supplied are agreed by Floorsafe that they are deemed faulty or if Floorsafe have supplied the incorrect items ordered.
